4. Give your customer constant updates on the work you are creating for them, giving them ample opportunity to make minor changes as the project progresses and avoiding the nightmare of having to redo a project or having an unhappy customer.
5. Produce the highest quality work possible. Not only will you have satisfied customers, but at the end of the day, you will have done something you can be proud of.
