New B&B combines danger and luxury

The “Assistant [to the] Regional Manager”
outdoes himself again…

American Fork, Utah (April 23, 2009) — Dwight K. Schrute, the esteemed expert in the art of surveillance, former Lackawanna County volunteer sheriff’s deputy, purple belt in Goju-Ryu karate, pop culture and sci-fi buff, table tennis player, beet and hemp farmer, and professional paper salesman adds to his list of accolades today with the grand opening of Schrute Farms Bed and Breakfast.

“Schrute Farms is the number one beet-related agro tourism destination in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We offer the finest accommodations for the casual traveler and/or beet enthusiast. We currently feature three themed rooms: America, Night Time and Irrigation. Come join us and experience majestic Shrute Farms Bed & Breakfast,” Shrute said.

Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly, Schrute Farm’s first guests, had this to say about their experience, “The architecture reminds one of a quaint Tuscan beet farm. The aroma of the beets drifts into the rooms and makes you dream of simpler times. The informative lecture will satisfy all your beet curiosity and the dawn goose walk will tug at your heart strings. The staff’s attention to detail and devotion to cleanliness is unmatched. From the enthusiastic welcome to the last wave good-bye, Schrute Farms delivers.”

A less positive review came from Angela Martin, another former guest of Schrute Farms B&B. Martin said, “I have to warn people about the proprietor of Schrute Farms – he may portray himself as a gentleman farmer, but he is not what he seems! He killed my cat, Sprinkles! Who knows what he might do to you or your loved ones…”

The Schrute Farms B&B grand opening is this Friday. Check-in is at 3:20 pm, no earlier, and check-out is at 5:15 am, no later. This weekend’s guests will receive a complimentary membership to Dwight’s Goju-Ryu karate dojo.
