I just saw your comment on my "outsourcing woes" blog.  The company is called "BluDomain.com"  They have awesome sites that are very photographer friendly.  Specifically because I can update my photos myself and am not trapped by  waiting on a middle man.  But their popularity has gone through the roof and as a result of their growing pains, their customer service has totally lost an edge.  Thanks for your kind words!
